Return & Exchange Policy – Hiyra

You can request a return or exchange within 14 days from the date of receipt, provided the product is in its original condition, unopened, unused, and with intact packaging.

If the order contains an incorrect item, damaged, or expired product, you will receive a full refund or a replacement with no additional shipping fees.

In all other cases, the customer is responsible for the shipping cost of the return or exchange.

General Conditions:

Opened or used products cannot be returned or exchanged for hygiene and safety reasons.

A valid purchase invoice or order number is required for all returns or exchanges.

After 14 days from the date of receipt, products are no longer eligible for return or exchange.

Discounted items or promotional offers are non-refundable and can only be exchanged in case of a manufacturing defect.
